From October 10th to 14th, professor Ming Jiang, Professor Guosong Chen, Huaijun Chen, Guoqing Tao and our collaborator Wei Zheng (from Prof. Hai-Bo Yang's group, East China Normal University) attended the Chinese Chemical Society 2017 National Polymer Academic Symposium held in Chengdu, Sichuan. Prof. Jiang was invited as the moderator for the conference report and gave an invited speech titled "The Model of the Next Generation of Science - The 100th Anniversary of the Birth of Mr. Qian Renyuan" in the parallel sessions of Polymer Education and Discipline Development. Prof.Chen gave two presentations: an invited one was given at the biological macromolecular parallel sessions entitled "self-assembly and immunological applications of sugar-containing polymers," and an oral one  entitled " protein self-assembly based on sugar-protein interactions. " was given in the molecular assembly and supramolecular system parallel sessions. Huaijun and Guoqing gave their research posters and communicated with many colleagues. Wei won the best poster award.
