The 2019 National Polymer Science Paper Conference of the Chinese Chemical Society was successfully held in Xi'an, Shaanxi, from October 15 to 19, 2019. Professor Guosong Chen and postdoctoral fellows Yingle Feng and Ensong Zhang, and master candidate Jing Yang attened together. Professor Chen won the "2019 Chinese Chemical Society Polymer Science Innovation Paper Award" and was invited to attend the conference sub-forum - ACS Publications Forum: Polymer & Materials Science. The ACS journal editors and experts at home and abroad shared the latest research results and discussed the research status and trends of polymer materials. Prof. Chen gave an oral report entitled “Chemical reaction-regulated carbohydrate-containing macromolecule self-assembly” at the Biomacromolecule Session. The postdocs and students presented their research results by posters, and communicated with other colleagues. Among them, Yang Jing’s poster was awarded on “Wiley Macromolecule Journal Best Poster”.
