On the afternoon of June 13th, Beijing time, invited by the chairman of the conference, Prof. Sébastien Lecommandoux of the University of Bordeaux, France, Prof. Chen gave a plenary talk entitled "Controlling Macromolecular Self-Assembly by Reactions and Structures of Saccharides" during the Bordeaux Polymer Conference (BPC) online. The conference covered all topics in polymer science, including macromolecular/supramolecular engineering, sustainable/renewable polymers, self-assembly and interactions of polymers in life sciences and electronics. A total of more than 500 researchers participated in the conference in-person. Prof. Chen was invited to give a plenary talk in the morning of the first day of the conference.
