On October 14,2024, "ACS-Fudan University Macro Summit", jointly sponsored by the Publishing Department of the American Chemical Society (ACS publications) and the Department of Polymer Science and the State Key Laboratory of Polymer Molecular Engineering, was held in the lecture hall of Lee Zhao-kee Library, Jiangwan Campus of Fudan University. Prof. Chen, Prof. Marc A. Hillmyer, Prof. Stuart J. Rowan and Prof. Sebastien Lecommandoux are the presidium of the conference, and Ms.Ophelia Han, publisher and Deputy Director of ACS Press, also attended the conference. The conference also specially invited a number of famous scholars at home and abroad, including Professor Peng Huisheng, Professor Yu Yanlei,  Professor Megan L., Professor Cui Dongmei, Professor Wang Yong, Professor Elsa Reichmanis and  Professor Jennifer Schaefer，etc.

In the wall newspaper exhibition link, the experts and scholars attending the meeting shuttled between the poster wall. In Our group, Liu Xiaomei, Zeng Ya and Shi Yiwei participated in the wall poster section, among which Liu Xiaomei won the best wall newspaper award.

On October 15, ACS publications experts visited the Department of Polymer Science and had an academic discussion with the young teachers of the Department of Polymer Science. Prof.Chen led them to visit the exhibition hall of the State Key Laboratory of Polymer Molecular Engineering and the shared instrument platform.
